Where can I find the FSIS regulations related to exporting meat and poultry?

Certification regulations for red meat (beef, pork, sheep, and equine)  can be found in 9 CFR 322.  For poultry, the pertinent certification regulations are found in 9 CFR 381.105. Other parts may have regulations pertinent to exports: 9 CFR 312.8 or 381.104, export marks; 9 CFR 351, certification of technical animal fat for export; 9 CFR 317.5 and 9 CFR 317.7 or 9 CFR 9 CFR 381.133 or 381.128, "for export only" labeling requirements.  For online access to CFRs go to the following Web site: http://www.gpoaccess.gov/cfr/index.html.  Click on Browse and/or search the CFR , then select Title 9's most recent date.  The FSIS regulations are in Parts 300-599
